Marketing Lead

Job description:

We’re looking for a Senior B2B Marketing Manager to own marketing strategy and drive campaigns that generate qualified sales meetings, not just clicks. You’ll work directly with founders and cross-functional teams to build and execute high-impact initiatives, leveraging your B2B expertise and hands-on approach.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategize & Execute: Develop and manage a marketing calendar focused on generating sales conversations.
  • Innovate: Create breakthrough campaigns that challenge conventional thinking.
  • Collaborate: Partner with sales, product, and solutions teams to align marketing efforts with business outcomes.
  • Lead Multi-Channel Campaigns: Drive execution across email, LinkedIn, and events, using data to inform your decisions.
  • Leverage Technology: Utilize AI and other tools to create engaging marketing and sales materials.
  • Lead & Do: Guide a team while remaining deeply hands-on in the day-to-day work.
Requirements:
  • An MBA with 5+ years of B2B marketing experience.
  • A “doer” with a founder’s mindset—practical, agile, and resourceful.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about AI.
  • An independent self-starter who values output over optics and doesn’t rely on big agencies or budgets.
