We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our as Medical Representatives for pharma company. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in the NCR region, specifically Noida Sector 132.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product range, including their benefits, indications, and contraindications.
- Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, such as doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Sales and Promotion: Actively promote our products through effective sales presentations, detailing, and sampling.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify potential opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Territory Management: Effectively manage your assigned territory, ensuring optimal coverage and productivity.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and customer interactions.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the NCR region.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid two-wheeler license and own bike.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
