We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator for a Pharma Company. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Oversee general office operations, including facility maintenance and housekeeping.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely procurement and stock levels.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related services.
Administrative Tasks:
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and document management.
- Assist with office correspondence, including email and phone calls.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Event Coordination:
- Assist in organizing and coordinating office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Handle logistics, venue booking, and catering arrangements.
Front Desk Duties:
- Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming office environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
