Office Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator for a Pharma Company. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
  • Oversee general office operations, including facility maintenance and housekeeping.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely procurement and stock levels.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related services.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and document management.
  • Assist with office correspondence, including email and phone calls.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Event Coordination:
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating office events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Handle logistics, venue booking, and catering arrangements.
Front Desk Duties:
  • Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming office environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
