Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager who takes ownership of product initiatives from concept to delivery. This role requires strong execution skills, close collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a bias toward shipping high-quality outcomes. You will work at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technology to build impactful product experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product initiatives end to end, from writing clear and detailed PRDs to ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams to align priorities and unblock execution
- Create clarity across stakeholders on ownership, timelines, and deliverables
- Use data, user insights, and feedback loops to improve adoption, resolve recurring issues, and prioritise enhancements
- Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering to design and refine simulations, admin workflows, and gamified experiences
- Translate user problems and business objectives into well-defined product decisions and requirements
Required Experience and Skills
- 2 to 3 years of experience in product management or product-adjacent roles within SaaS or enterprise technology
- Proven ability to translate user and business needs into clear, actionable product requirements
- Strong execution mindset with a preference for shipping over excessive discussion
- Comfortable managing both details and deadlines
- Ability to close loops, take accountability, and hold others accountable
- Data-driven approach to decision making and outcome measurement
- Practical understanding of AI tools, knowing when and how to apply them effectively
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for technology, behaviour change, and gamified product experiences
