Key Responsibilities

Product Development

• Identify and research new travel destinations, services, and experiences to expand the agency’s product portfolio.
• Collaborate with suppliers, hotels, airlines, and other partners to negotiate and secure favorable contracts/quotations.
• Develop innovative travel packages and itineraries that cater to diverse customer preferences and market trends.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure the agency remains competitive and relevant.

Supplier and Vendor Management

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality services and competitive pricing.
• Resolve issues and disputes with suppliers promptly and professionally.

Operational Efficiency

• Oversee day-to-day operational processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with various departments, including sales, customer service, and finance, to streamline operations.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various aspects of the organization’s operations.

Quality Control

• Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of product information, including pricing, availability, and other details.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product development and operations within the travel industry.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Knowledge of industry trends and emerging travel destinations.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and technology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
