Sales Engineer

As a Sales Engineer, you’ll:
  • Grow business by finding and developing new opportunities in the industrial and OEM sectors, focusing on pneumatics, hydraulics, and filtration technologies.
  • Engage directly with clients through site visits, presentations, and product demos, ensuring you fully understand their technical needs and can offer tailored solutions.
  • Build lasting relationships by becoming a trusted point of contact for technical advice and product recommendations.
  • Handle the sales process end-to-end: prepare and share quotes, proposals, and technical documents, and coordinate with internal departments (like design, production, dispatch, and accounts) to see each order through to completion.
  • Meet sales targets consistently while tracking your pipeline and keeping management updated on your progress.
  • Represent the company at industry events and stay current with market trends and competitor activities to keep your edge sharp.
We’re looking for candidates who:
  • Bring 1–3 years’ experience in industrial or OEM sales (pneumatics, hydraulics, or filtration preferred), supported by a diploma or degree in mechanical or related engineering fields.
  • Have strong technical understanding, excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Work well independently and as part of a team, are proficient with MS Office, and excel at presentations and relationship-building.
