Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and engage potential real estate clients along the Dwarka Expressway.
  2. Build and maintain client relationships through networking, cold calls, and referrals.
  3. Conduct site visits and recommend properties that match client requirements.
  4. Handle client inquiries, manage documentation, and provide post-sales support.
  5. Keep updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in real estate sales.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Working days : Monday To Sunday (Week of on Tuesday or Thursday)

CTC up to 4.2 LPA(Negotiable)+ Incentive based upon performance
