Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential real estate clients along the Dwarka Expressway.
- Build and maintain client relationships through networking, cold calls, and referrals.
- Conduct site visits and recommend properties that match client requirements.
- Handle client inquiries, manage documentation, and provide post-sales support.
- Keep updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Working days : Monday To Sunday (Week of on Tuesday or Thursday)
CTC up to 4.2 LPA(Negotiable)+ Incentive based upon performance
