Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented and dynamic Sales Executive to join in Kasna, Greater Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within the molding and PU foam sectors. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the molding and PU foam industries.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities and progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production, technical support) to ensure seamless customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience of 2 to 7 years in a sales role, preferably within the molding and/or PU foam industry.
• Strong understanding of the molding and/or PU foam market and its applications.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing excellent service.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
