Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the customer base in Gujarat.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet with dealers, distributors, and retailers, promoting products and generating sales.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting new clients to closing deals and providing ongoing support.
- Regularly visit the stock location to manage inventory and coordinate material needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role within the electrical industry.
- Proven track record of successful field sales, marketing, and business development.
- Strong understanding of dealer, distributor, and retail channels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within Gujarat.
