Senior CIAM Engineer

The Senior CIAM Engineer is responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting customer and workforce identity solutions using Auth0 and Okta. The role ensures secure, scalable, and seamless authentication experiences across the organization’s digital ecosystem. This position requires close collaboration with global cybersecurity, IT, and digital product teams.

Key Responsibilities

Core IAM Architecture

• Design and maintain Auth0 based CIAM and B2B solutions
• Integrate applications using OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML
• Configure Auth0 Actions, Hooks, and Rules for authentication customization
• Manage Auth0 Organizations, Management API automation, log streaming, and Attack Protection
• Support integrations with SAP, ecommerce, and IoT platforms
• Assist in migrating legacy IAM solutions to Auth0

Security and Zero Trust

• Implement MFA, passwordless authentication, and adaptive access controls
• Apply Zero Trust principles for workforce and customer identities
• Enhance security monitoring through SIEM integrations

Automation and Operations

• Automate deployments using CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins
• Use Terraform for Auth0 and Okta configuration management
• Develop IAM automation scripts using Python or PowerShell
• Monitor tenant health, rate limits, and API consumption
• Contribute to SLA tracking including login success rate, token latency, and MFA adoption

Governance and Compliance

• Collaborate on access certification and governance processes
• Maintain documentation aligned with ISO 27001 and SOC2 requirements
• Support audits and identity compliance reviews

What We Seek

• 5 to 8 years of IAM experience with at least 3 years of hands on Auth0
• Strong understanding of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, and API security
• Practical experience with Okta UD, LCM, SCIM, Workflows, and Identity Engine
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation scripting
• Familiarity with Zero Trust frameworks and identity governance
• Strong English communication and documentation skills
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability with attention to detail
• Capability to work independently in complex global environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Auth0 Certified Professional or Okta Customer Identity Cloud Developer
• Experience supporting environments with more than ten thousand active users
• Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, or ecommerce platform integrations
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
