We are seeking a highly technical Senior Financial Analyst and Modeler to take on a hands-on financial modeling role. You will be responsible for building, reviewing, and improving complex, end-to-end financial models used by demanding professional audiences, including investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance. In this role, you will work directly with leadership, owning problems from first principles all the way to a fully working model. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys deep, detailed modeling work, can operate with a high level of autonomy, and wants to have a real impact on a globally used product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize full financial models, including integrated income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows, across areas such as corporate finance, private equity, investment banking, valuation, and risk.
  • Build and validate advanced modeling components, including revenue builds, detailed growth drivers, scenario and sensitivity analysis, capital structure, and cost of capital.
  • Review, stress-test, and improve complex financial models and exercises created by internal teams and other experts.
  • Design and solve real-world financial problem sets for the platform, ensuring technical depth, accuracy, internal consistency, and clear pedagogical value for users.
  • Collaborate with other finance experts and developers to ensure model integrity, documentation, and scalability.
  • Provide ongoing operational support on financial content, including quality assurance, debugging, and continuous refinement of models.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2 to 8 or more years of hands-on experience in roles such as investment banking, private equity, venture capital, debt capital markets, corporate finance, strategic finance, or quantitative finance.
  • Proven track record of building complete, integrated financial models from scratch, including full three-statement models, WACC, valuation work such as discounted cash flows, and complex scenario analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with complex formulas, dynamic modeling, and multi-tab, linked models.
  • Deep understanding of corporate finance, valuation, accounting principles, and how they flow through financial statements.
  • Strong discipline around structure, checks, and documentation, with a high attention to detail and a strict quality bar for your own work.
  • Ability to work independently, own projects end-to-end, and manage your time effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or similar are considered a strong plus.
  • Experience mentoring or leading other analysts or associates is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with programming, automation, or data tools that interact with financial models, as well as experience designing technical case studies or modeling tests, is advantageous.
