TikTok Shop Growth Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven TikTok Shop Growth Manager to lead and scale TikTok Shop operations across multiple geographies. This role involves managing product listings, driving UGC and influencer-led campaigns, optimizing boosted ad spend, coordinating with resellers, and accelerating overall growth in visibility, ratings, and sales on the platform.

Key Responsibilities
TikTok Shop Listing & Store Management
  • Manage and optimize product listings across TikTok Shop in multiple geographies
  • Ensure accurate titles, descriptions, pricing, inventory, and creatives across listings
  • Monitor product performance, rankings, and visibility
UGC & Influencer Campaigns
  • Plan, execute, and scale UGC creator campaigns and mid-to-macro influencer collaborations
  • Create briefs, negotiate commercials, manage deliverables, and ensure timely posting
  • Track influencer performance and optimize for reach, engagement, and conversions
Campaign Boosting & Ad Spend Optimization
  • Manage and optimize boosting budgets for creator videos and campaign assets
  • Analyze boosted content performance and reallocate spend to maximize ROAS
  • Test and scale different boosting strategies across markets
Reseller & Partner Coordination
  • Coordinate with final resellers and distributors on joint strategies
  • Align on promotions, bundles, pricing, and sales tactics
  • Support partners with creatives, insights, and campaign execution
Ratings, Reviews & Social Proof Growth
  • Implement strategies to improve product ratings, reviews, and social proof
  • Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance experience
  • Drive initiatives to increase positive reviews and manage negative feedback
Platform Events & Growth Initiatives
  • Manage participation in TikTok Shop events such as mega campaigns, flash sales, and festivals
  • Coordinate offer submissions, creatives, inventory planning, and approvals
  • Maximize performance during platform-led events
Compliance & Brand Protection
  • Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies and brand registry requirements
  • Prevent unauthorized listings, counterfeit activity, and brand misuse
Reporting & Continuous Optimization
  • Track daily performance of listings, influencer campaigns, and ad spend
  • Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations
  • Continuously optimize strategies to improve awareness, engagement, and sales
Requirements
  • 2–5+ years of experience managing TikTok Shop or similar e-commerce/marketplace platforms
  • Strong understanding of TikTok algorithms, UGC trends, and influencer marketing
  • Experience managing boosted content and optimizing ad spend
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with creators, resellers, and internal teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and scale growth
