ZED Facilitator

About the Role:

We’re looking for a dedicated ZED Facilitator to empower Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in their journey towards ZED (Zero Defect Zero Effect) certification. In this crucial field-based role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for businesses, guiding them through the adoption of best practices, ensuring compliance, and ultimately helping them achieve higher standards of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.

What You’ll Do:

• Actively engage with MSMEs to highlight the advantages and opportunities presented by the ZED scheme.
• Provide comprehensive support to MSMEs throughout the ZED registration, self-assessment, and documentation processes.
• Collaborate with businesses to implement and embed robust quality, safety, and environmental management practices.l
• Conduct on-site visits to MSME units, offering hands-on assistance and preparing them for successful certification audits.
• Oversee the accurate and timely utilization of the ZED mobile application, ensuring all required documentation is uploaded correctly.
• Collect essential Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data and verify adherence to workplace cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports and feedback to relevant monitoring authorities.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity, always adhering to QCI & RSJ guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
• 0-5 years of experience in supporting MSMEs, quality assurance, or management consulting.
• A solid understanding of ISO standards, lean manufacturing principles, and ZED parameters.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey complex information.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and navigating online portals.
• The flexibility and willingness to travel extensively and work directly at MSME sites.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate engaging workshops and awareness sessions.

• Never accept gifts or bribes
• Avoid uploading documents from personal devices
• Do not use another facilitator’s ID or visit units in unprofessional attire
