We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Zoho Developer with 1–2 years of relevant experience to support, customize, and optimize the Zoho ecosystem. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day Zoho operations, developing automations, supporting data analysis, and ensuring effective utilization of Zoho applications across business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage day-to-day operations across Zoho applications.
- Execute functional and technical tasks involving Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, and MCP.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom functions, workflows, and automations using Deluge scripting.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical insights using Zoho Analytics.
- Perform system configurations, troubleshooting, enhancements, and process improvements.
- Analyze business and operational data to support management decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver effective Zoho-based solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and smooth functioning of Zoho systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Zoho development, administration, or support.
- Experience working with Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, and MCP.
- Working knowledge of Deluge scripting and Zoho Analytics.
- Strong understanding of Zoho operations, business workflows, and data analytics.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
