About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Travel Desk Administrator to manage end-to-end corporate travel operations. This role involves coordinating domestic and international travel, ensuring compliance with travel policies, and delivering a smooth travel experience for employees and clients. The ideal candidate will have IATA certification or hands-on experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple travel requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage domestic and international air ticketing, hotel bookings, visa processing, and travel insurance
  • Apply IATA guidelines for ticket issuance, fare calculations, cancellations, and refunds
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and transport providers to negotiate competitive rates
  • Maintain accurate records of travel itineraries, invoices, and expense documentation
  • Communicate travel details, updates, and changes clearly and promptly to employees
  • Ensure compliance with company travel policies and international travel regulations
  • Provide support for travel-related queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in any discipline (Travel & Tourism preferred)
  • IATA certification or proven experience in ticketing and fare calculations
  • 2–4 years of experience in corporate travel desk or travel operations
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings efficiently
