We are looking for a well-presented and professional HR Executive to manage core HR operations, including payroll, attendance, and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a decent and sophisticated personality with strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, coordination)
- Handle employee attendance and leave records
- Process and maintain payroll with accuracy
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support daily HR operations and administration
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR functioning
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of payroll management
- Understanding of attendance systems
- Familiarity with recruitment processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented approach
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
