Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant with 2–3 years of experience, preferably from the interior design, architecture, or construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the finance function of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and accounts
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger management
- Assist in GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Track project-wise expenses and budgets (important for interior/construction projects)
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for financial matters
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- 2–3 years of accounting experience (preferred in interior, architecture, or construction industry)
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, Busy, or similar tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in project-based accounting
- Knowledge of cost tracking and budgeting in construction/interior projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
