Inside Sales Executive – Spare Parts Sales

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Inside Sales Executive to manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales calls for spare parts. The role focuses on converting customer inquiries into confirmed orders, driving repeat business, and ensuring a smooth customer experience for individual customers and small workshops.

This is a fast-paced position that requires strong communication skills, quick decision-making abilities, and consistent follow-up management.

Key Responsibilities
Inbound Sales
  • Handle incoming calls from customers, including machine owners, drivers, and small workshops
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable spare parts
  • Provide accurate information regarding pricing, stock availability, and delivery timelines
  • Convert customer inquiries into confirmed sales orders
Outbound Sales

Conduct follow-up calls for:

  • Pending quotations
  • Existing customers for repeat business
  • Leads generated through marketing campaigns and WhatsApp inquiries
  • Execute targeted sales campaigns such as promotional offers, stock clearance activities, and customer reactivation initiatives
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant spare parts and related products
Order Processing & Coordination
  • Prepare and share quotations promptly
  • Coordinate with the sourcing and procurement teams for pricing and product availability
  • Ensure smooth order processing, dispatch, and delivery coordination
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build long-term customer relationships through responsive and professional communication
  • Resolve basic customer concerns and service-related queries
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business
CRM & Call Management
  • Record all customer interactions, inquiries, and orders in the CRM system (Zoho or similar platforms)
  • Track follow-ups and maintain daily activity reports
  • Efficiently manage high call volumes while ensuring service quality
Collections Support
  • Follow up on pending payments when required
  • Coordinate with the accounts team for payment confirmations and updates
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English; regional language proficiency is an added advantage
  • Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to handle high call volumes (50–100 calls per day)
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand product specifications and customer requirements
  • Strong multitasking and coordination abilities
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and customer-focused approach
Experience & Qualifications
  • 1–4 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or call center operations (preferably B2C)
  • Prior experience in automotive, spare parts, e-commerce, or service industries will be preferred
  • Graduate or diploma holder from a recognized institution
