About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join a leading luxury hospitality brand in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving room revenue, corporate business, MICE sales, and banquet/event sales through strategic client acquisition and relationship management.
This role requires a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, excellent networking abilities, and proven experience in handling corporate accounts and business development for premium hotel brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage corporate and travel trade accounts to generate business opportunities.
- Drive room sales, banquet revenue, MICE business, and event conversions.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agents, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct sales calls, client presentations, and property visits to promote hotel services and offerings.
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets as assigned by the management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of client requirements and events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account management records.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, exhibitions, networking forums, and trade shows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in hospitality sales with reputed hotel brands.
- Strong exposure to Corporate Sales, MICE, Banquet Sales, or Wedding Sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong network within the corporate and hospitality ecosystem in Mumbai is preferred.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused professional.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
