Senior Finance Analyst / FP&A & Reporting Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst / FP&A & Reporting Analyst with 3–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, commercial finance, and business partnering. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modelling, and month-end reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer and vendor contracts for financial terms, risks, payment milestones, and revenue recognition requirements.
• Track contract performance, revenue, billings, accruals, backlog, and key commercial KPIs.
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, scenario analysis, and financial modelling.
• Prepare monthly management reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis with clear commentary.
• Support month-end closing activities including accruals, prepayments, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Assist with statutory reporting and audit requirements in line with IFRS / GAAP.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, HR, Supply Chain, and other business teams on financial performance and cost drivers.
• Present financial insights and performance updates to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com, BBA Finance, BSc Accounting, or equivalent qualification.
• 3–4 years of experience in FP&A, Management Accounting, Finance Business Partnering, or a related role.
• Advanced Excel skills including financial modelling, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Power Query.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting / ERP systems.
• Working knowledge of IFRS / US GAAP.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in an MNC or Big 4 firm is essential.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of SQL or Python for finance automation and analysis.
• Exposure to intercompany accounting, multi-currency environments, or cross-border consolidations.
• Experience with contract management platforms such as Salesforce, Icertis, SAP Contracts, or similar.
