We are hiring an Account Executive for an Asset Management company who will handle end to end accounting functions. The role involves managing financial records, supporting month end and year end closing, ensuring compliance and audit readiness, handling taxation work, and assisting with payroll and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Record Keeping
- Record financial transactions accurately and on time in Tally Prime.
- Maintain and update general ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial records.
- Verify the accuracy of invoices, bills, and expense reports.
2. Month End and Year End Closing
- Assist in preparing financial statements including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Support analysis of financial data to identify discrepancies or errors.
3. Compliance and Audit
- Assist in preparing documents and schedules for internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Support documentation and maintenance of internal controls.
4. Taxation
- Prepare workings and file TDS, PT, GST, and Income Tax returns.
5. Payroll and Administrative Support
- Assist in payroll processing, tax preparation, and related filings.
- Support HR and payroll activities.
- Handle administrative tasks such as office management, supply ordering, and coordinating maintenance activities.
