About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AI Activation Manager to drive AI-led process transformation across departments. This role focuses on studying existing business workflows, identifying automation and AI opportunities, and implementing solutions that reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable ROI. The position requires strong process analysis skills, hands-on implementation capability, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Process Study & Analysis
- Conduct detailed, department-wise analysis of operational workflows across HR, Accounts, Production, Sales, Logistics, Purchase, Planning, and other functions
- Map existing processes and identify bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and inefficiencies
- Document current-state (“as-is”) processes and design future-state (“to-be”) AI-enabled workflows
AI Opportunity Identification
Identify opportunities for AI and automation across areas such as:
- Data entry and documentation automation
- Reporting and MIS generation
- Planning and forecasting
- AI-driven communication and follow-ups
- Workflow automation (RPA)
- Quality monitoring and predictive analytics
- Evaluate feasibility, impact, and ROI for each identified use case
AI Tools Implementation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to implement AI tools, automation platforms, chatbots, and analytics solutions
- Manage end-to-end implementation including requirement gathering, tool selection, testing, deployment, and rollout
- Ensure smooth integration with existing systems such as ERP, CRM, and MIS
Training & Change Management
- Train teams on newly implemented AI tools and automated processes
- Create SOPs, user guides, and training documentation
- Drive adoption by working closely with department heads and stakeholders
Monitoring & Optimization
- Track performance and usage of AI tools post-implementation
- Identify gaps and continuously optimize workflows
- Prepare periodic reports highlighting time saved, efficiency gains, and ROI
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with IT, Operations, HR & Admin, Finance & Accounts, Production, Sales, and Customer Service teams
- Act as the central point of contact for all AI and automation initiatives
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and maintain an AI transformation roadmap with short-term and long-term goals
- Stay updated on emerging AI tools, automation technologies, and digital transformation trends relevant to the business
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Data Science, Business, or a related field
- 5–10+ years of experience in process improvement, digital transformation, AI implementation, or automation consulting
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across multiple functions
- Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools such as RPA platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, etc.), Chatbots and AI assistants, Data analytics and reporting dashboards, and Predictive and forecasting models
- Strong analytical, documentation, and process-mapping skills
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities
