Job Summary
The Brand Manager is a critical role responsible for serving as the primary guardian and champion of the brand identity and positioning. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, ensuring absolute brand consistency across a growing network of corporate and franchised outlets, and driving strong customer engagement and retention. The successful candidate will manage all phases of marketing, from strategic planning and campaign execution to franchise support and new outlet launch management.
Responsibilities
Brand Identity & Positioning
- Define, protect, and strictly enforce the brand guidelines across all elements, including logo usage, interiors, packaging, uniforms, and menus.
- Ensure uniform and consistent branding compliance across all company-owned and franchisee-operated outlets.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop a detailed quarterly marketing calendar that integrates digital and local campaigns with festive and seasonal promotions.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the marketing agency to effectively execute both online and offline campaigns.
- Lead the planning and execution of end-to-end outlet launch campaigns for all new store openings.
Customer Engagement & Retention
- Design and implement a robust customer engagement strategy covering social media activity, loyalty programs, and promotional offers.
- Proactively monitor and analyze customer feedback trends derived from Google reviews, surveys, and repeat visit data.
Franchise & Local Marketing Support
- Develop and provide comprehensive marketing starter kits to franchisees (digital creatives, banners, standees, PR templates).
- Deliver ongoing local marketing support to franchisees, including creative templates, kits, and Point-of-Sale (POS) materials.
- Track and report the Return on Investment (ROI) of franchisee marketing expenditures to management.
Resource & Stakeholder Management
- Identify, vet, and manage all necessary resources (vendors, manpower, and collateral) for campaigns and launches.
- Ensure all resources and materials are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with the Graphic Designer for all campaign creatives, social media, and digital content needs.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure compliance and proper execution of in-store branding and signage.
