About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Associate to drive franchise expansion. This role is crucial for pipeline growth, prospect qualification, and achieving monthly sales targets for new franchise outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Pipeline Management
- Proactively generate new franchise leads using multiple channels, including direct calls, emails, industry events, franchise portals, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct timely and effective follow-up on all leads generated through company marketing efforts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and sales activities within the CRM and a daily lead tracker.
2. Prospect Qualification and Engagement
- Conduct initial screening and qualification of potential franchise partners based on key criteria (e.g., investment budget, location preference, background, and level of interest).
- Present the franchise opportunity and share preliminary Return on Investment (ROI) models with qualified prospects.
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls or meetings between qualified prospects and senior management.
3. Franchise Sales and Conversion
- Support the sales pitch by clearly presenting the value proposition, brand positioning, support model, and financial projections (ROI) to prospects.
- Coordinate final negotiations and deal closure in collaboration with the CEO or an external Consultant.
- Achieve monthly targets for the number of new franchise outlets closed.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Liaise with the Brand Manager to ensure timely delivery of necessary branding and marketing collateral to prospects.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to obtain expert input on site feasibility.
- Work with the HR Manager to confirm and communicate manpower support commitments to potential franchisees.
5. Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports detailing calls made, meetings scheduled, and current pipeline status.
- Generate weekly Franchise Sales Performance MIS (Management Information System) reports for senior management review.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and agreements are correctly shared with qualified and closing prospects.
