Responsibilities:
The primary goal of this role is to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive sustainable revenue growth by aligning the company’s technical capabilities with client needs.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Achieve revenue targets through structured planning, performance analysis, and forecasting.
- Excel in lead generation, cold calling, and converting leads into business opportunities, particularly using LinkedIn.
- Independently close deals and manage the full sales cycle.
- Manage month-end and year-end closure in coordination with the leadership team.
Client & Partner Engagement:
- Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Conduct a consultative sales approach, meeting with potential clients and stakeholders Pan India to present tailored solutions.
- Comfortably engage with senior government officials and enterprise clients.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Research client needs, identify market opportunities, and match our geospatial offerings to their business requirements.
- Track and analyze business metrics, client interactions, and report market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Geoinformatics, Geography, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of dedicated business development/sales experience, specifically within GIS or geospatial solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be confident and presentable in client meetings.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn-based lead generation.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Must be a fast learner, self-starter, and proactive problem-solver.
- Willingness to travel Pan India for meetings and business development activities is essential.
