Business Development Specialist(IT)

Role Summary:

Drive revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering tailored IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify prospects through networking, outreach, and market research.
  • Client Management: Build relationships, schedule meetings, and understand client needs.
  • Solution Selling: Propose IT solutions (software, cloud, cybersecurity) and close deals.
  • Sales Growth: Achieve targets and provide sales performance reports.
  • Market Insights: Monitor trends and competitor offerings; provide feedback for product development.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, technical, and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven sales or business development experience in the IT sector.
  • Skills: IT product knowledge, communication, negotiation, CRM expertise, and teamwork.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of AI, IoT, or data analytics.
  • Experience with proposal writing and RFPs.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, HubSpot).
