About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Capacity Building Expert (Skilling) to support and strengthen skilling initiatives and digital literacy programs. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in government-led skilling or capacity-building projects and a strong understanding of training coordination and beneficiary monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and implement client-led skilling initiatives and capacity-building programs
- Promote digital literacy, digital inclusion, and beneficiary engagement
- Coordinate with training partners and delivery agencies to ensure smooth program execution
- Monitor beneficiary progress, participation, and inclusion metrics
- Track program outcomes and ensure adherence to defined objectives
- Prepare periodic progress reports and documentation for stakeholders
- Ensure effective communication between stakeholders, training partners, and beneficiaries
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Experience in supporting skilling and capacity-building initiatives
- Strong understanding of digital literacy and inclusion programs
- Ability to coordinate with multiple training delivery agencies
- Monitoring and reporting expertise
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in preparing structured progress reports
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in skilling/capacity building projects
- Preference for candidates with experience in Government projects
Artefact Submission Requirement:
Candidates are required to submit 2 artefacts demonstrating relevant experience in skilling/capacity-building initiatives.
Experience Required: Minimum 5+ Years
CTC Range: ₹7–8 LPA
