We are looking for a dynamic and consultative Business Development Executive / Inside Sales Executive(High Ticket – Edtech) to engage with doctors and dentists, understand their professional challenges and business goals, and guide them toward suitable growth and upskilling programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a relationship-driven sales mindset, and the ability to build trust with premium customers through meaningful conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with doctors and dentists through cold calls, WhatsApp, webinars, video consultations, and Google Meet discussions to understand their practice challenges, business goals, and growth aspirations.
- Build trust-based and consultative conversations by identifying customer pain points and recommending the most suitable programs and solutions.
- Manage the complete lead lifecycle including lead nurturing, follow-ups, webinar coordination, counselling sessions, demo discussions, opportunity creation, and final enrollment.
- Drive weekly and monthly conversion targets by effectively converting qualified leads into admissions.
- Use storytelling, alumni success stories, and value-driven counselling techniques to improve engagement and conversion quality.
- Maintain accurate CRM records including lead stages, call notes, follow-up schedules, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate closely with marketing and growth teams by sharing customer insights, campaign feedback, and lead quality observations to improve funnel performance.
- Track and improve key performance metrics such as lead generation, first-touch connect ratio, counselling conversion rate, and revenue contribution.
- Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sales reviews, product training, and communication workshops to continuously improve customer experience and objection handling.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate with 1 to 5 years of experience in consultative sales, inside sales, academic counselling, healthcare sales, relationship management, EdTech, or premium B2C sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Strong understanding of customer psychology, decision-making behavior, and consultative selling techniques.
- Ability to confidently handle conversations with doctors, dentists, and other professional customers.
- Strong follow-up discipline, ownership mindset, and execution focus.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple leads and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, lead management tools, MS Office, and Google Sheets.
- Prior experience in healthcare, executive education, professional services, or EdTech sales will be an added advantage.
