Project Head

We are seeking an experienced Project Head to oversee the overall planning, execution, and delivery of Electrical and Instrumentation projects. In this role, you will manage project scheduling, manpower deployment, client coordination, site execution, and commercial activities to ensure timely and profitable project completion. We are looking for a strong leader capable of managing site teams, driving end-to-end execution, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, including both manpower and materials.
• Drive end-to-end project execution, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, cost, and quality standards.
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.
• Ensure regular communication and coordination with site managers and clients.
• Arrange for the local procurement of materials as per site requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure full HSE compliance.
• Oversee billing, invoicing, and collections in line with project milestones.
• Manage vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution.
• Monitor project performance and address risks, delays, and bottlenecks proactively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8 to 12 years of professional experience in Electrical and Instrumentation project execution.
• Strong site exposure and proven leadership experience.
• Exceptional project management and execution capabilities specifically tailored for Electrical and Instrumentation projects.
• Excellent client management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and resource management expertise.
• Solid commercial acumen with proven experience in billing and cost control.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to manage site teams and vendors effectively.
