Factory Manager

We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to oversee complete factory operations at our marble processing unit. The candidate should have strong experience managing production, manpower, machinery, quality control, dispatch, and factory discipline within the natural stone industry. The ideal candidate should be operationally strong, hands-on, disciplined, and capable of managing large teams and production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete day-to-day factory operations.
• Oversee gangsaw, wire saw, gantry, polishing, cutting, and finishing departments.
• Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently.
• Monitor machine utilization and maintenance schedules.
• Supervise manpower planning and shift management.
• Maintain production quality standards.
• Coordinate with management regarding inventory, production planning, and dispatch.
• Reduce wastage and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure factory safety and discipline.
• Handle vendor and contractor coordination where required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 10 or more years of experience in marble, granite, or stone factory operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with proven experience handling production teams and machine operators.
• Good understanding of marble processing workflows.
• Ability to manage production pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer and reporting knowledge is preferred.
• Background in the Marble, Granite, Quartz, or Natural Stone industry is highly preferred.
