About the Role:
The Finance Executive will be responsible for the end-to-end management of all accounts and finance-related matters for the company. This is a hands-on role requiring proficiency in accounting software and compliance procedures.
Responsibilities:
Accounting & Operations:
- Maintain all company accounts accurately and completely using Tally.
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable
- Processing invoicing.
- Performing collections follow-up to ensure timely receipts.
- Processing vendor payments.
- Managing and processing employee salaries.
Taxation & Compliance:
- Oversee and manage TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) reporting and reconciliation.
- Oversee and manage GST (Goods and Services Tax) reporting and reconciliation.
- Liaise and follow up with the external CA (Chartered Accountant)to ensure the on-time filing of all tax returns and adherence to all regulatory compliances.
Requirements:
- B.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Hands-on, working knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills are required.
