Job Brief:
We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative for a multicultural Certified Public Accounting and Consulting firm to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression made. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. A customer-oriented approach is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional and tidy reception area, ensuring it reflects the company’s brand and standards.
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Courier management – dispatch courier, receive letters, packages etc.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist in day-to-day office administrative tasks.
- Keep updated respective records and files
- Monitor office expenses and costs
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.) as an when needed.
Required Skills
- Graduate, Office Management Diploma will be an added advantage
- Proven 2-3 years of experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation
- Ready to work in US Shift (4:30 pm to 1:30 am)
Working Hours:
- The candidate will be expected to work 4 full days from the office (Monday to Thursday).
- On Friday, the candidate will work a half-day or possibly a full day, depending on the operational requirements.
