HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a well-presented and professional HR Executive to manage core HR operations, including payroll, attendance, and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a decent and sophisticated personality with strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, coordination)
  • Handle employee attendance and leave records
  • Process and maintain payroll with accuracy
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support daily HR operations and administration
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR functioning
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge of payroll management
  • Understanding of attendance systems
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
