Influencer Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Influencer Marketing Manager to lead influencer partnerships and drive brand visibility through high-impact collaborations. This role involves owning influencer strategy, managing end-to-end campaigns, mentoring a team, and ensuring measurable outcomes across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Identify new trends, platforms, and growth opportunities to scale campaigns effectively.
Influencer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and agencies.
  • Evaluate, onboard, and manage influencers based on relevance, reach, and performance metrics.
Campaign Execution (End-to-End)
  • Plan, execute, and oversee influencer campaigns across platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Negotiation & Coordination
  • Negotiate pricing, deliverables, usage rights, and long-term contracts with influencers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including creative, logistics, and sales for smooth execution.
Team Leadership
  • Manage and mentor influencer marketing executives or coordinators.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure efficient workflows.
Content & Briefing
  • Create clear and high-quality creative briefs for influencers.
  • Review influencer content, suggest revisions, and manage approval processes.
Logistics & Deliverables
  • Oversee dispatch of PR kits and campaign materials.
  • Ensure tracking and timely delivery for content creation.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track, analyze, and report influencer campaign performance.
  • Share insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
  • Maintain a structured database of influencer costs, performance, and ROI.
Requirements
  • 3–6+ years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing teams and large-scale influencer campaigns.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
