We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, a proven track record of success, and a keen eye for detail. You will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the execution of interior spaces for a variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop interior design concepts that align with client requirements, project goals, and brand identity.
- Prepare detailed design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and perspectives, using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Select finishes, materials, and furnishings that reflect the desired aesthetic and meet functional requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
- Oversee the implementation of design concepts, from procurement to installation, and maintain quality control throughout the process.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients, effectively communicating design ideas and addressing their concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and building codes to maintain a high level of professional expertise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and space planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and vendors.
- Experience in residential properties is a plus.
