Product Content Consultant

We are looking for a Product Content Consultant to join our team, focusing on building AI-powered learning products, simulations, and assessments used by leading global enterprises to develop leaders and drive behavior change at scale. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding learner needs, client contexts, and competency frameworks, and translating them into engaging simulations and assessments across various industries and roles. You will work closely with evolving technologies to create practical, engaging learning experiences that solve complex, ambiguous problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design simulations, assessments, and AI-powered learning experiences for enterprise clients.
• Understand client requirements, competency frameworks, and business contexts, translating them into highly relevant learner experiences.
• Research skills, success behaviors, and role-specific challenges across various industries and functions.
• Create content for conversations, business scenarios, simulations, interviews, and assessments.
• Build prototypes, configure solutions on our platforms, and refine them continuously through testing and feedback.
• Ensure the high-quality delivery of products within agreed timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in consulting, Learning and Development, assessments, EdTech, or related fields.
• Strong ability to quickly understand new industries, roles, and learner needs.
• Exceptional written communication skills combined with a strict attention to detail.
• Demonstrated enjoyment in creating practical, engaging learning experiences and a knack for solving ambiguous problems.
• Execution-focused mindset with a high level of comfort working with AI tools and rapidly evolving technologies.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is considered a nice to have.
• Prior experience in instructional design, talent assessments, or leadership development is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with competency frameworks and behavioral skills is advantageous.
• Proven experience using AI tools to create or improve content is a strong plus.
