We are seeking a dynamic Solutions Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will dive deep into client needs, analyzing business contexts, and conducting primary and secondary research to understand complex problems. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, consultants, and internal product teams to generate effective and innovative solutions. A critical part of your role will involve designing these solutions as compelling stories that align with our offerings, presenting tailored strategies to client stakeholders, and serving as a vital bridge between internal teams and external clients to drive results and customer excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and client teams to deeply understand client problems and the broader business context.
- Analyze client needs and conduct thorough primary and secondary research to develop a deep understanding of the problem.
- Collaborate with SMEs, consultants, and internal product teams to formulate effective and innovative solutions for client problems.
- Design solutions in the form of a compelling story that aligns with our offerings and effectively solves the client’s problem.
- Engage with client stakeholders to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and deliver presentations that captivate, inspire, and persuade.
- Approach tasks and projects with a strategic mindset, proactively spotting opportunities to create value.
- Partner with the project management team to execute all assigned projects seamlessly, ensuring they meet agreed impact metrics and client objectives while maintaining quality benchmarks.
- Help the project management team to showcase the impact of the intervention to key client stakeholders.
- Serve as a bridge between internal stakeholders, such as sales, product, project management, and consultants, and external client stakeholders.
- Manage and engage with various stakeholders to drive results, going above and beyond to delight customers and build loyalty and advocacy through outstanding service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- MBA or PGDM degree, with a strong knack for thinking like a consultant.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR consulting, L&D consulting, research, or business consulting.
- Well-developed core consulting skills, including primary and secondary research, problem statement identification and analysis, hypothesis thinking, creative thinking, and data analysis.
- Strong ability to make sense of complex information with a strict attention to detail.
- Proven ability to craft and tell great stories, coupled with stellar written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Confidence and emotional maturity to effectively work with senior executives.
