Project Consultant

We are looking for a dedicated Project Consultant to manage and execute project delivery plans for our enterprise SaaS gamification technology. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for developing project scopes, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring deliverables meet high-quality standards. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to drive project success and ensure seamless execution across all phases of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project scope, delivery plans, tasks, timelines, resources, budgets, and scope statements.
• Collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Work closely with the Sales and Solutions team to ensure the scope, timeline, and commercials of the project are clearly defined and agreed upon.
• Identify the right set of subject matter experts and facilitators to deliver different project modules across the project lifecycle and ensure logistics are taken into account, including date freezing, travel, and accommodation.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage issues as they arise.
• Ensure all stakeholders, both internal and external, are aligned on project timelines, deliverables, logistics, and quality expectations.
• Ensure project and workshop feedback is collected, collated, and published for each module delivered.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Master of Business Administration degree.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a customer-facing project management role, preferably within B2B SaaS or EdTech environments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with G Suite, MS Office, Monday.com, Zoom, and similar tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to structure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in the face of ambiguity.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to dynamic project needs.
