The Project Head will be responsible for overall planning, execution, and delivery of Electrical & Instrumentation projects. The role involves managing project scheduling, manpower deployment, client coordination, site execution, and commercial activities to ensure timely and profitable project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource (manpower & materials) allocation.
- Drive end-to-end project execution ensuring adherence to timelines, cost, and quality standards.
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.
- Ensure regular communication and coordination with site managers and clients.
- Arrange local procurement of materials as per site requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure HSE compliance.
- Oversee billing, invoicing, and collections in line with project milestones.
- Manage vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and quality execution.
- Monitor project performance and address risks, delays, and bottlenecks proactively.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience: 8–12 years in Electrical & Instrumentation project execution, with strong site exposure and leadership experience.
