- Responsible for creating & maintaining relationship with customers
- Responsible for resolving customer queries and providing quick services
- Responsible for updating customer about his purchased products
- Responsible for pitching customer for new products and / or coverage that needs to be
increased - Responsible for client meet & client engagement
