Relationship Manager

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Relationship Manager to generate new business opportunities, develop strong professional relationships, and contribute to overall business growth.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in business development or field sales, strong communication skills, a good understanding of financial terminology, and the confidence to interact with senior-level decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business and partnership opportunities to expand the business portfolio.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients and business partners.
• Generate leads and explore new channels for business development.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings across different locations within the assigned region.
• Understand prospect requirements and effectively communicate suitable business solutions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients and manage opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Coordinate with management for negotiations, deal finalization, and closures.
• Contribute towards achieving business development and revenue growth objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Relationship Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of finance and related terminology.
• Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a field-sales environment.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the relevant regional language.
• Prior experience interacting with CXOs, senior management, and key decision-makers, including presentations or business proposals.
• Own two-wheeler is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Experience: 4–6 Years
Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)
