Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Management: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team.
  • Customer Relations: Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Performance Reporting: Report on sales and project performance to senior management.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Proven sales and project management experience in the solar industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Additional: Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license.
