Sales Head – Performance Marketing / Affiliate Sales

Overview

We are looking for a high-impact Sales Head / Affiliate Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for our global performance-driven AdTech platform. This role is strictly focused on direct advertiser acquisition.

The ideal candidate is a hunter who can onboard direct brands and agencies on performance models (CPA, CPL, CPS, CPI). While our internal teams handle media buying and execution, your mission is to bring the deals, build strategic relationships, and scale revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Advertiser Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and onboard direct brands and performance agencies across global markets.
• Deal Structuring: Negotiate and close CPA, CPL, CPS, and CPI deals, including payouts, caps, geographies, and commercial terms.
• Relationship Management: Maintain high-touch communication with advertisers to increase budgets and caps based on campaign performance.
• Revenue Optimization: Build and manage a robust monthly sales pipeline, scaling existing offers across multiple geos and ensuring sustainable margins.
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with the internal media buying and finance teams to ensure smooth campaign launches and timely payment collections (Net 15/30 terms).

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 3–5 years of proven success in affiliate marketing or performance-based sales.
• Network: An existing, active network of direct brands or performance agencies is mandatory.
• Vertical Expertise: Proven experience in high-growth verticals such as E-commerce, Nutra, Finance, Gaming, or Survey-based offers.
• Domain Knowledge: A deep understanding of performance metrics (CPA, CPL, CPS, CPI) and the AdTech ecosystem.
• Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills with a self-driven, target-oriented personality.
