We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to manage and support end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, compliance, and employee separation.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and address candidate queries regarding the job profile.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely candidate updates.
- Manage offer rollout, pre-joining formalities, document verification, and onboarding activities.
- Facilitate new hire induction and ensure smooth integration into the organization.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage employee records, HRIS updates, attendance, leave administration, and HR documentation.
- Support employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and other employee lifecycle transactions.
- Validate attendance and leave records and provide monthly payroll inputs to the finance team.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, processes, and benefits.
Employee Engagement & Talent Management
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, events, feedback surveys, and recognition programs.
- Support performance management processes, appraisal cycles, and Learning & Development activities.
- Address employee queries and contribute to maintaining a positive workplace environment.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and issue HR documents including offer letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, promotion letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information and records.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and documentation standards.
Exit Management
- Manage resignation and separation processes, including exit interviews and clearance formalities.
- Coordinate full-and-final settlements and ensure relevant exit documents are provided to employees.
HR Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain HR trackers and MIS reports related to hiring, onboarding, attrition, engagement, and HR operations.
- Support HR projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA in HR will be preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the EdTech or SaaS industry.
- Familiarity with HR-related labour laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of HRIS, ATS, and HR analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
