Senior Salesforce Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to take ownership of the full Salesforce lifecycle, from requirements gathering and development to deployment and user training. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Data Cloud who can independently design, build, and optimize solutions that drive operational excellence and business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Data Cloud
• Develop scalable and maintainable APEX code to implement custom business logic and automation
• Build, optimize, and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports for actionable business insights
• Manage user and role provisioning, ensuring secure and efficient access controls
• Gather requirements from business leaders and end users, architect tailored solutions, and deliver training and documentation
• Serve as the Salesforce subject matter expert (SME), handling complex technical and functional requests
• Ensure adherence to development best practices, security standards, and data integrity protocols
• Stay updated on Salesforce enhancements and proactively recommend improvements
• Bonus: Utilize Salesforce Tableau Cloud and Tableau Next for advanced analytics and visualization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including:
  -Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and customization
  -Advanced APEX programming and Lightning component development
  -Salesforce Data Cloud implementation
  -Building dashboards and reports using native Salesforce tools
  -User provisioning and role-based security management
• Proven ability to manage the full Salesforce solution lifecycle independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering process improvements
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative environment
