Territory Sales Associate

About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Associate to drive growth by scheduling software demonstrations with healthcare professionals (primarily doctors). You’ll introduce innovative healthcare software solutions, build strong client relationships, and contribute to our expanding market presence.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-person visits to clinics and hospitals to present our software.
  • Secure and manage appointments for product demonstrations.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure successful demos.
  • Educate healthcare providers on the benefits of our software.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and demo targets.
Qualifications:
  • Proven field sales experience (healthcare or software sales preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain software features.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driver’s license.
  • Must possess a functional laptop.
  • Proficiency in English and the local regional language.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Petrol Allowance: ₹3,000 per month.
  • Internet/Mobile Allowance: ₹400 per month.
  • Performance-based sales incentives.
