Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced Affiliate Sales Manager to identify and onboard direct brands, advertisers, and agencies on CPA, CPL, and CPS models.
This role is strictly focused on revenue acquisition and business development. Media buying and campaign execution will be managed by our internal operations team. Your primary objective is to bring in deals, build strategic relationships, and scale revenue.
Key Responsibilities
1. Direct Advertiser Acquisition
- Identify, pitch, and onboard direct brands and performance agencies globally.
- Close high-value deals on CPA, CPL, CPS, and CPI models.
- Negotiate commercial terms, including payouts, budget caps, and geographical targeting to ensure profitability.
2. Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for advertisers, maintaining regular communication to ensure satisfaction.
- Proactively work to increase budget caps and scale volumes based on successful campaign performance.
- Act as a bridge between the advertiser and the internal media buying team to ensure seamless campaign execution.
3. Revenue Growth & Strategy
- Build and maintain a strong monthly pipeline of potential advertisers.
- Scale existing offers across new geographies and verticals.
- Monitor campaign financials to ensure sustainable margins are met.
4. Commercial Operations
- Align payment terms with company standards (Net 15/30 or Prepay preferred).
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely invoicing and collections.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing or performance sales.
- Network: Must have an existing network of direct brands or agencies to leverage immediately.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of performance models (CPA, CPL, CPS, CPI).
- Vertical Expertise: Experience in E-commerce, Nutra, Finance, or Survey verticals is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills; self-driven and target-oriented personality.
