Overview
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Lead Product Manager to oversee the development of our global media tech platform and its associated suite of products. In this role, you will manage a high-performing team of Product Managers and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including business owners, delivery teams, and engineering units—to scale our products across international markets.
You will be responsible for designing, building, and managing sophisticated data and measurement tools that serve a diverse global client base, driving the future of media technology.
Primary Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, guiding them in the execution of various products within the portfolio.
- Product Strategy: Define and drive the long-term product strategy and roadmap for the media tech suite.
- Backlog Management: Own the product backlog, including the creation of detailed PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), user stories, user flows, and rigorous acceptance criteria.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify new feature opportunities and prioritize development based on business impact.
- User Research: Map out consumer profiles and user journeys for specific features such as campaign planning, measurement, and attribution.
- Ecosystem Integration: Work closely with industry partners to drive seamless integrations and expand the platform’s capabilities.
- Market Intelligence: Serve as the subject matter expert on the product landscape, staying ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and key differentiators.
- Communication: Clearly communicate product updates, milestones, and timelines to leadership and cross-functional teams.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 7–12 years of experience in product management, specifically leading global products in international markets.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex objectives.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts into clear user stories.
- Analytical Rigor: A strong technical background with proficiency in data analysis, market sizing, and data-driven decision-making.
- AdTech Expertise: Prior experience in the AdTech or Media Tech industry is highly advantageous.
