AI Enablement Engineer

About the Role

The AI Enablement Engineer drives the adoption of Devin by helping engineering teams integrate agent-based workflows into their daily development. This role combines strong technical expertise, customer engagement, and a passion for teaching to guide teams through hands-on implementation.

You will work closely with enterprise customers to deliver interactive training, build scalable enablement frameworks, and transform real-world engagements into repeatable programs that expand AI adoption globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interactive enablement programs for enterprise engineering teams, including live workshops and pair-programming sessions
• Support customers in installing, configuring, and optimizing Devin and associated tools (e.g., DeepWiki, MCP integrations)
• Pair-program with engineers across varying experience levels to build, debug, and automate real-world projects
• Identify and implement high-impact workflows for Devin across engineering, QA, support, data, and product teams
• Develop enablement resources, best practices, and standardized playbooks based on customer insights
• Partner with leadership to scale AI Enablement into a repeatable, productized offering through digital learning programs, certifications, and scalable training models
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers and Engineering teams to refine onboarding experiences and provide feedback on product enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field from a reputed institution or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer or technical consultant with strong coding proficiency (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar)
• Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Strong customer-centric mindset with experience in interactive, client-facing environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading technical workshops, developer onboarding programs, or internal enablement initiatives
• Hands-on experience deploying or integrating LLM-based or agent-driven systems in production environments
• Passion for teaching, coaching, and driving impactful learning outcomes
• Experience working in early-stage startups with high autonomy and rapid execution cycles
