Role Summary
The role involves managing end-to-end talent acquisition with a strong focus on campus hiring and fresher recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for building hiring pipelines, coordinating recruitment processes, and supporting onboarding and HR operations across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across functions such as sales, operations, finance, HR, logistics, and support roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop hiring plans.
- Create and publish job descriptions across various sourcing channels.
- Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, consultants, and internal databases.
- Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further evaluation rounds.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines, and interview feedback records.
- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, documentation, and pre-joining engagement.
2. Campus Hiring & Fresher Recruitment
- Drive campus recruitment and fresher hiring initiatives for entry-level roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, placement cells, and training institutes.
- Plan and execute campus drives, walk-ins, internship programs, and bulk hiring campaigns.
- Coordinate assessments, interviews, offer rollouts, and onboarding formalities.
- Develop and manage pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics such as application flow, selection ratios, offer acceptance, and joining conversion.
- Support onboarding and initial training coordination for fresh hires.
3. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Handle joining formalities including documentation, background verification, and induction.
- Support structured onboarding processes covering policies, benefits, and workplace guidelines.
- Facilitate introductions to teams, mentors, and reporting managers.
- Track onboarding progress, training schedules, and employee readiness.
- Maintain employee records and support attendance, leave, and documentation processes.
4. HR Operations & Employee Engagement
- Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring effective communication.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal initiatives.
- Support performance review processes, probation confirmations, and development discussions.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and benefits.
- Maintain HR MIS reports, dashboards, and employee data records.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Hands-on exposure to campus hiring, fresher hiring, and bulk recruitment.
- Ability to build relationships with academic institutions and external hiring partners.
- Proficiency in sourcing through multiple channels including job portals and referrals.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes, assessments, and hiring metrics.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage recruitment data, trackers, and HR systems.
- Knowledge of onboarding processes and HR operations.
Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in HR or related field preferred.
- Graduates with relevant experience in HR and recruitment may also be considered.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, campus hiring, and fresher hiring.
- Experience in fast-paced or operations-driven environments is an advantage.
